  2. In order to take part in a Data Challenge you will be required to create an account and provide us with the following personal information:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email address

  3. The information we collect from you will be processed by us and other UK Government departments and agencies, together with our contractors delivering Data Challenges, for the following purposes:

    1. running and administering Data Challenges; and

    2. communicating with you as necessary for the purposes of (a);

    3. obtaining your feedback on Data Challenges; and

    4. keeping you informed of forthcoming similar initiatives.

We will disclose your personal information to third parties (in addition to those referred to in paragraph 3) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use or the Official Rules.
